1121 Steam (parboiled) Basmati rice is export quality, has an exceptionally long grain, and boasts a delicate nutty aroma with a fluffy, non-sticky texture. It has been steamed and aged for optimal milling, low moisture, and optimum cooking quality — making it ideal for biryanis, pilaf, and volume foodservice. 1121 can be packaged in bulk or retail sizes with flexible MOQ and certifications available upon request.
